Bamboo Tubes (Baans ki lakdi) – 1 ya 2


Pyaaz – 2 (bareek kati hui)


Hari Mirch – 4-5


Adrak-Lehsun Paste – 2 tbsp


Dahi – ½ cup


Nimbu Ras – 1 tbsp


Haldi Powder – 1 tsp


Laal Mirch Powder – 1 tsp


Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp


Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp


Tej Patta – 2


Dalchini – 1 tukda


Laung – 3-4


Elaichi – 2


Kashmiri Laal Mirch – 1 tsp


Hari Dhaniya – Garnish ke liye


Pani – 4 cup


Namak – Swad anusaar


Desi Ghee ya Tel – 2 tbsp

Bamboo Chicken Biryani Banane Ki Recipe


Step 1: Chicken Ko Marinate Karna


1. Ek bade bartaan mein chicken lein aur usme dahi, adrak-lehsun paste, nimbu ras, haldi, laal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, aur biryani masala milayein.



2. Isse ache se mix karein aur 1-2 ghante ke liye marinate hone dein.




Step 2: Chawal Pakana


1. Ek patili mein pani ubalein aur usme tej patta, dalchini, elaichi, laung daal kar chawal 80% tak paka lein.



2. Pakaane ke baad chawal ko chhalkar side rakh dein.




Step 3: Bamboo Ki Tayari


1. Ek bamboo tube ko acchi tarah dhoke andar se saaf karein.



2. Iske ek side ko patte ya kapde se band karein, taki stuffing andar se na nikle.




Step 4: Biryani Ko Bamboo Mein Bharna


1. Marinate kiya hua chicken aur half-cooked chawal layers mein bamboo ke andar daalein.



2. Ek layer chicken, ek layer chawal, aur fir masale ka mix karein.



3. Bamboo ke mouth ko banana leaf ya aluminium foil se band karein.




Step 5: Dum Cooking


1. Bamboo tubes ko open fire ya coal grill par rakhein.



2. Dheemi aanch par 40-50 minutes tak cook karein, aur har 10 minute baad bamboo ko rotate karein taki sab kuch evenly pak sake.



3. Jab bamboo se ek smokey aroma aane lage, toh samajh lijiye ki biryani tayar hai.




Step 6: Serve Karna


1. Bamboo ko tod kar biryani nikaalein aur ek plate mein serve karein.



2. Upar se thoda ghee daal sakte hain aur hare dhaniye se garnish karein.
